25.01 Borderline - after i thought of this i remembered another song of the same name, but they are totally different. so i went ahead with the project. this song is about a woman who is almost happy , in fact her whole past has been an abusive shifting imaginary line drawn in the sand, a borderline. and also, understandably she's borderline nuts
25.02 I'm Still Standing- the idea was basically about the realization that you notice you're slipping a bit mentally. could simply be from having a lot on your mind. or more serious ptsd, anxiety, or a nervous breakdown. past drugs or abuse, disease or just getting older. some things you did and you can't even remember but proud of what you've accomplished in your life . and unsure of what the future holds , but still standing

24.06 Lavender Beret - this song is about finding your way out of a maze of a relationship that has some baggage . and an old photo of me thinking i look cool in my lavendar beret before the shitshow began
24.07 Vines - just a your average song about vines :) it occurred to me how unruly and aggressive vines are. they don't wait around to cover something up in the absence of man, who tries to thrive like vines, but can't w/o love
24.08 Rule the Tides - initially this was going to be centered around "is it such a large price to pay" , about what each of us can do to peacefully co-exist with fellow man. and then it turned into maybe we're gonna need some help
24.09 Come Together - honestly no sexual implications came into my thoughts when writing this. i was thinking about the puzzle of it all, and how we are all different unique pieces but stronger when locked together, but hearing the seeking pleasure part really makes it sound like sex. maybe i was subconsciously thinking that.

23.09 Screw circling the wagons - a quirky song. once i get started on a song i am compelled to follow through, so here it is. inspired by my real life belief that you should always take life by the horns as it comes at you. also sort of inspired after watching a 2022 movie with Taylor Jabara . don't let others dictate to you, your best chance is usually to fight from the start. i won't dis the movie but ugh. i did love taylor though
